Rainbow Salad With Dressing Rosewater
What you need:
4 large tomatoes, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons water
1 teaspoon rosewater
Salt and black pepper to taste
In a large bowl, whisk together the mint, red wine vinegar, water, salt water rises and black pepper until the mixture is smooth. 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
A little chili sauce
Mix 3 types of beans, green peppers, red peppers, corn kernels and onions in a large bowl. Set aside. In a separate bowl, whisk together the garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, cilantro, lime juice, sugar, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, cumin, chili powder and chili sauce. Pour the mixture over the vegetables and toss to coat well. Serve immediately.
