Indian-Style Delicious Lemon Rice

What you need:

2 cups cooked basmati rice
2 green chillies, chopped
4 small dried red chillies
4 tablespoons juice 
4 tablespoons peanuts
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon cashew nuts
1 tablespoon curry leaves
1 teaspoon split Bengal gram
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
1 teaspoon white lentils
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
In a large pan, heat the oil and fry split Bengal gram, mustard seeds and white lentil, followed by peanuts and cashew nuts. Stir in green and red chilli and curry leaves then add cooked rice, juice , ginger, turmeric powder and salt. Stir until ingredients are well-combined and rice is heated through.
Mushroom Rice with a Kick

What you need:

4 cups cooked polished rice 
1/4 kilogram button mushrooms
1 jalapeno, sliced
1 shallot, sliced
1/4 cup marsala wine
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon soy 
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Melt the butter during a pan over medium-high heat and cook mushrooms for 10 minutes or until slightly browned. Stir within the jalapeno and shallot then season with salt and pepper. Pour marsala wine over mixture and reduce heat. Finally, stir within the soy before adding the cooked polished rice . Stir until all ingredients are combined well. Serve immediately.
Cheesy French Onion Rice

What you need:

1 can French onion soup (like Campbell's)
1 cup basmati rice
1 cup water
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Bring the French onion soup and therefore the water to a overboil high heat during a pot. Reduce the warmth , add the basmati rice and permit to simmer. Stir the rice until it absorbs the soup and water mixture. Remove from heat and transfer rice to a bowl. Add the parmesan cheese and stir until well-combined with the rice. Serve immediately.
