When ready, add the cooked pasta within the pan and toss to coat with oil and garlic. Add the parsley and chilli flakes then season with salt and pepper. Serve warm and topped with parmesan cheese.
Creamy Mushroom and Zucchini Pasta

What you need:

1/2 kilogram pasta
1/2 kilogram cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 pcs. Zucchini, thinly sliced and quartered
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 sprigs thyme
4 1/2 cups water
2/3 cup green peas
1/3 cup grated parmesan
1/4 cup cream 
Kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste
Mix together pasta, mushrooms, zucchini, garlic, thyme, water and green peas during a large stock pot. Stir to mix ingredients well. Season with salt and pepper. bring back a overboil medium high heat then lower heat and simmer until pasta is cooked, about 8 to 10 minutes. When ready, stir in parmesan and cream . Remove from heat and permit to chill for a couple of minutes. Serve immediately.
Spicy Cheese and Shrimp Penne

What you need:

1/2 kilogram shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 onion, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup penne pasta, cooked
1/3 cup vegetable oil 
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon sugar 
2 teaspoons soy 
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Kosher salt and black pepper
Combine garlic, olive oil, sugar, soy and red pepper flakes during a large bowl. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat with mixture. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour. Cook the shrimp and vegetable oil mixture during a pan over medium high heat until shrimp is cooked through. Add the pasta to the pan, season with salt and pepper and stir until heated through. Serve garnished with onions and parmesan.
